Reşit olmayan kullanıcılar oyunu veli veya yasal temsilcilerinin bilgisi ve izni dahilinde kullanmalı; hesap ve bulut kaydı gibi çevrimiçi özellikleri de onların gözetiminde kullanmalıdır.

Users who are not of legal age should use the game with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and should use the online features — the account and the cloud save — under their supervision.

Size, Light Path'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için dünya çapında, telifsiz, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı verilmektedir. Bu hak, oyunun kendisinin size satıldığı anlamına gelmez.

You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use Light Path for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not mean that the game itself is sold to you.

• Oyun hesapsız ve çevrimdışı oynanabilir; hesap oluşturmak isteğe bağlıdır.
• Google hesabınızı bağlarsanız ilerlemeniz buluta kaydedilir ve cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenir.
• Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve Google hesabınıza erişimi olan kişilerden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Hesabınızı ve bulut kaydınızı istediğiniz zaman oyun içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; silme geri alınamaz.
• Tek bir oyuncu kaydını paylaşmak, başkasının hesabını kullanmak veya hesap devretmek bu koşullara aykırıdır.

• The game can be played offline without an account; creating one is optional.
• If you link your Google account, your progress is saved to the cloud and synchronized across your devices.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for anyone who has access to your Google account.
• You may permanently delete your account and cloud save from inside the game at any time; deletion cannot be undone.
• Sharing a player save, using someone else's account or transferring an account is not permitted under these terms.

Light Path ücretsizdir. Oyunda reklam gösterilmez ve uygulama içi satın alma ya da abonelik bulunmaz. İleride ücretli bir içerik eklenirse, bu koşullar önceden güncellenir ve satın alma işlemleri Google Play üzerinden yürütülür; iade talepleri de Google Play'in kendi iade politikasına tabi olur.

Light Path is free. The game shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid content is ever added, these terms will be updated beforehand, purchases will be handled through Google Play, and refund requests will follow Google Play's own refund policy.

Oyunun indirilmesi ve çevrimiçi özelliklerinin kullanılması sırasında oluşabilecek mobil veri ücretleri size aittir.

Any mobile data charges incurred while downloading the game or using its online features are your responsibility.

When using the game, you agree not to:

• Oyunu veya sunucularını hile, otomasyon, bellek düzenleme ya da paket değiştirme yoluyla manipüle etmek;
• Oyunun kaynak kodunu geri derlemek, tersine mühendislik uygulamak veya türev sürüm dağıtmak (zorunlu yasal istisnalar saklıdır);
• Oyunun kopyalarını satmak, kiralamak veya ücret karşılığı dağıtmak;
• Hizmete aşırı yük bindirmek, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak veya başka oyuncuların verilerine erişmeye kalkışmak;
• Oyunu yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak.

• manipulate the game or its servers through cheating, automation, memory editing or packet tampering;
• decompile, reverse engineer or distribute derivative versions of the game (mandatory legal exceptions reserved);
• sell, rent or distribute copies of the game for a fee;
• overload the service, attempt to bypass its security measures or try to access other players' data;
• use the game for any purpose that breaks applicable law.

Light Path adı, logosu, görselleri, müzikleri, bulmaca tasarımları, metinleri ve yazılımı Çekirgeler Eğitim'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Oyundan alınan ekran görüntülerini ve video kayıtlarını, kaynak olarak oyunun adını belirtmek kaydıyla kişisel paylaşımlarınızda, yayınlarınızda ve içeriklerinizde ücretsiz olarak kullanabilirsiniz.

The Light Path name, logo, artwork, music, puzzle designs, text and software belong to Çekirgeler Eğitim and are protected by copyright. You are free to use screenshots and video captured from the game in your own posts, streams and videos at no cost, as long as you credit the game by name.

Oyunun çevrimdışı bölümü internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır. Bulut kaydı gibi çevrimiçi özellikler bakım, teknik arıza veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintisi nedeniyle geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir. Oyunu geliştirmek için içerik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya bazı özellikleri kaldırabiliriz.

The offline part of the game works without an internet connection. Online features such as cloud save may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults or third-party outages. We may add, change or remove features as the game develops.

Çevrimiçi hizmeti kalıcı olarak sonlandırmamız gerekirse, mümkün olduğunca önceden Google Play sayfası ve oyun içi duyuru yoluyla bilgi veririz; oyunun çevrimdışı oynanabilir bölümü etkilenmez.

If we ever have to shut the online service down permanently, we will give notice in advance where possible through the Google Play listing and in-game announcements; the offline part of the game is not affected.

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oyunun kesintisiz veya tamamen hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Cihazınızdaki yerel kaydın; cihaz arızası, uygulamanın kaldırılması veya uygulama verilerinin temizlenmesi nedeniyle kaybolmasından sorumlu değiliz — bu nedenle ilerlemenizi korumak isterseniz bulut kaydını kullanmanızı öneririz.

The game is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will run without interruption or entirely free of errors. We are not responsible for the loss of a local save caused by device failure, uninstalling the app or clearing its data — if you want to protect your progress, we recommend using the cloud save.

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici sıfatıyla sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan yasal haklarınız saklıdır.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game. Your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract, remain unaffected.

Oyunu dilediğiniz zaman kaldırarak ve hesabınızı silerek bu koşulları sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu koşullara ağır şekilde aykırı davranıldığı — örneğin hizmetin kötüye kullanıldığı veya başka oyuncuların verilerine erişilmeye çalışıldığı — hâllerde çevrimiçi özelliklere erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.

You may end these terms at any time by uninstalling the game and deleting your account. We may suspend or end access to the online features where these terms are seriously breached — for example where the service is abused or other players' data is targeted.

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve uyuşmazlıklarda Çanakkale mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici sıfatıyla oyun oynayan kullanıcılar bakımından, kendi yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelere başvurma hakkı ile bulundukları ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan emredici hükümleri saklıdır.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Çanakkale have jurisdiction. For users playing as consumers, the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts where they live, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their own country, remain unaffected.
